Unique cyber-secure web portals allow users to access their profile and the proprietary V-Gate visitor management platform from any internet-ready technology or smart device, including PC, tablet or smart phone. Users can invite guests over the phone, through their web portal, through the Mobile V-Gate APP or a number of other ways. Guests can be registered in advance or on a schedule, such as every Monday and Wednesday. Our “Quick Invite” feature allows for users to quickly manage access verification for unexpected guests and visitors with a few keystrokes, making guest management quick and easy.
Gated communities and Commercial business parks often use physical barriers, such as swing gates and barrier arms, to control the access of vehicles onto their property and video surveillance to provide video evidence of the traffic passing through the access point. The two most common have been either a telephone entry system which allows for self-managed access control or live, onsite security guards.
